The Manor is fantasy at its finest. Our stunning facility is nestled 400ft down in a private wooded paradise. There are four play spaces equipped with all the little things you might need, which can be used either privately or publicly. Guests also have access to four private bathrooms, fully stocked with incidentals. The basement level has a bar area with basic mixers available at every event, a movie theatre, a fetish space, and a dance floor. On the main level, you'll find seating, a quiet room, a photo area, snacks, water, and a three-seasons smoking area, heated for the colder months. During warmer weather, guests can enjoy the upper deck and the basement walkout, both of which run the length of the house and provide amazing views of the forest.
Safety is the number one goal for all events. We are vigilant and are always available to reach if there's a problem.
